Refund Policy

Payments

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in the following situations:

    • The tutor cancels a session without rescheduling or providing a valid reason.

    • The tutor fails to provide the agreed-upon service.

  • Missed sessions, including those caused by technical issues or student no-shows, are not eligible for refunds. However, reasonable attempts will be made to offer a make-up session.

  • Preparation fees or digital subscriptions included in your tutoring package are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Liability Disclaimer

Learning Edventures Inc. is not responsible for:

  1. Lack of student progress due to missing information or poor preparation.

  2. Student effort or academic outcomes outside tutoring hours.

  3. Family errors in record-keeping, payment tracking, or communications.

  4. Any injury, damage, or technical failures during remote sessions.

  5. Disputes over content or instruction methods during sessions.

  6. Scheduling conflicts or missed sessions.

  7. Specific academic outcomes (e.g., grades, test scores).

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By participating in tutoring services, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Abide by all terms listed in this document.

  • Fulfill your responsibilities regarding scheduling, preparation, and payments.

  • Accept that academic results are not guaranteed and depend on consistent effort.
