Our terms and conditions are designed to establish the guidelines and legal framework for students and families engaging with our virtual education services. Scheduling and Communication
Preparation Policy

Students/parents must:

  1. Share all relevant materials at least 24 hours before the session.

  2. Inform the tutor of upcoming tests, projects, and difficulties.

  3. Share previous evaluations to help measure progress.

  4. Communicate teacher feedback and recommendations.

  5. Understand that unpreparedness may reduce session effectiveness.

Session Duration and Billing

  • Standard sessions last 50 minutes.

  • Time can be extended on a prorated basis if agreed upon.

  • Rates are family-specific and billed based on agreed terms.

  • Late student arrival won’t result in session extension. Tutor lateness will be made up.

Subscriptions and Preparation Fees

  • Fees include all necessary subscriptions and tools.

  • Tutor preparation beyond weekly hours may require an additional fee.

  • Custom notes or study guides may be available for an extra charge upon request.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Student lateness: no make-up time unless otherwise agreed.

  • Tutor lateness: time will be extended or rescheduled.

  • Calendar invites are sent for all sessions; please track your appointments.

Record Keeping Responsibilites

  • Parents are responsible for managing all payments and invoices.

  • Keep tutors updated on student academic progress and needs.

No-Show Policy

  • A no-show = (1) No notice within 1 hour or (2) Arriving 10+ mins late without notice.

  • We will attempt to reschedule if a session is missed.

  • Unrescheduled no-shows are charged at full session rate.

Late Payment Poilcy

  • Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice.

  • Balances over $300 or 15+ days late may pause tutoring.

  • A 5% late fee may apply to balances overdue more than 30 days.

  • You will be notified of overdue invoices by our billing team.

Confirmation of Agreement

By attending tutoring sessions, parents/guardians confirm that they:

  • Have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Will comply with all payment, scheduling, and preparation policies.

  • Acknowledge that policies may be updated with notice.
